Is my Plus One Membership active?
If you are a new-hire: There is a 90-day waiting period for your plus one membership to be added.
For Rehires or Plus One's submitted during the Change Period: From the date that you submit the 'Plus One Request' form there is a 30-day processing window. Therefore, you plus one membership, may not be added until 30 days after you submitted the new form through Dayforce.
When your Plus One's membership has been added to their CPY account, via the email and/or phone number provide, they will receive a 'Welcome' email informing them of their new membership and access. If they do not receive an email and it has been 30 days since you submitted the form, please double check in Zenoti to confirm if they plus one membership has been added before submitting a ticket.
If you are not sure when you submitted your form, follow the below steps to check the date:
- Log into Dayforce
- Click on 'Forms'

Expand where it shows 'My Form Submissions'
