Can't see sub requests for some classes or studios
Teachers:
If you are a teacher and cannot see sub requests for some classes or studios, please:
- Ensure you have the latest version of the Zenoti mobile app (ZMA)
- Talk to your studio leadership
Studio leadership:
If you are studio leadership, please ensure that:
- Teacher is active and has work assignment in Dayforce
- Teacher is active in Zenoti
- Teacher has the teacher Employee Role in the studio in question
- Teacher is selected on the Instructor tab for all relevant class templates
If that is the case and the teacher still cannot see sub requests, please escalate to your Zenoti captain or attend Zenoti Office Hours.
