Resetting your Zenoti password
If you forget your Zenoti password and cannot log on, you will likely need a studio leader to update it for you.
- In upper-right, in the studio drop-down, go to the employee’s home studio.
- On the left menu, go to Employee > Employees.
- You can scroll or use the search field in the top, right to search by first name, last name, nickname, email, phone, or Workday ID (Code).
Remember, employees will be listed by their legal first name. This might impact your search results.
Note: the list is pre-filtered for only active employees.
- Click the First Name to access the profile.
- On the right side of the page, click Update Password.

Do not click Reset Password – this will not work if the teacher has multiple Zenoti accounts with the same email. This is also why the forgotten password feature on the login page will not work.
- In the Update Password box, enter then confirm a password that satisfies the rules listed.
- Click Save.
- Share the username and password that you set with your employee.
They should reset the password after successfully logging in.
Note: If you get an error message while updating, please Teams message SK (Sarah Kittredge). She will fix the error, usually immediately.
Why can I not reset my password myself? Most CPY employees have multiple accounts in Zenoti with the same email. Zenoti cannot tell which account you're trying to update.
If you're sure, you have only 1 account with the same email, feel free to reset your password yourself:

Reset yourself
- Go to the CPY Zenoti website at: https://corepoweryoga.zenoti.com and click Forgot password
- Enter your email address that you use to log on and click Send reset instructions.

NOTE: This option will not work if you have multiple Zenoti accounts that use the same email address.
In that case, go to your studio leadership.
- Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive the email notification. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.
