Resetting your Zenoti password
If you forget your Zenoti password and cannot log on, you have a couple different options.

Reset yourself
- Go to the CPY Zenoti website at: https://corepoweryoga.zenoti.com and click Forgot password
- Enter your email address that you use to log on and click Send reset instructions.

NOTE: This option will not work if you have multiple Zenoti accounts that use the same email address.
In that case, go to your studio leadership.
- Please allow up to 15 minutes to receive the email notification. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder.

Ask your studio leadership for assistance
- Studio leaders should go to your home studio and click Employee > Employees.
- Search for the employee record.
- Look at the Active column.
- Verify that the employee is active in Dayforce.
- If they are active in Dayforce and not in Zenoti, Teams message SK or attend Zenoti office hours.
- Click the first name.
- On the employee profile, click Update Password.
This will allow you to manually reset the password.
- Share the username and the updated password with the employee.
They can change the password once they've logged in.
Notes:
- Clicking Reset Password simply emails the employee which will not work if they have multiple Zenoti accounts that use the same email address.
- If any of this is confusing, please attend Zenoti Office Hours. Days/times/Zoom links are on the Digital Dashboard.
- If you get an error message while updating, please Teams message SK (Sarah Kittredge). She will fix the error, usually immediately.
